Dead Little Auk, Rossbeigh Dunes, 15th February 2016 (M.O'Clery).
There were signs of a fox in the vicinity of this Little Auk corpse, though the unfortunate bird is perhaps more likely to have succumbed to starvation and/or disease due to the recent spate of storms. The auk had been dead for perhaps a week or so.
